AGI is currently seeking two Marketing Coordinators - Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidates will assist in accomplishing all marketing objectives that will ultimately lead to increased AGI and brand profitability.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with planning and executing of sales and marketing projects, including product launches
  • Develop advertising and brochure creative, including order management and copy-writing as needed
  • Maintain and develop website content and online campaigns, including SEO and Google Analytics
  • Digital solution projects and data management
  • Social Media management
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots, including shot list development and scripting
  • Dealer support including advertising, web maintenance, signage and events
  • Gather competitive market intelligence for strategic sales analysis
  • Creating and distributing of creative and written materials including direct mail and email campaigns
  • Coordinate and order marketing materials
  • Assist with invoicing, budgeting and planning
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with the internal team as well as external agencies, dealers and customers
  • Additional tasks as required

Applicants should have 2-­5 years of experience and post-secondary education in business or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with agricultural marketing experience. The successful candidate must be motivated, highly organized and an excellent communicator. A professional attitude and exceptional time management skills in a high-paced environment are required.
