U.S. Commercial Sales Representatives

Position Summary:

Ag Growth is currently seeking Commercial Sales Representatives for the North and West regions of the USA.  The roles report to the U.S. Regional Sales Manager and will generate maximum profitable sales of grain handling, storage, conditioning and dust control equipment through the execution of an annual sales plan, which meets or exceeds Ag Growth International’s financial targets and incorporates Ag Growth Internationals strategic direction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals by product and territory as set out in the annual budget
  • Maintain positive and productive relations with all divisions, contractors and end-users
  • Compile, analyze, and distribute sales statistics
  • Monitor accounts and assist with collections
  • Oversee field service and warranty requests
  • Manage trade shows and coordinate with the divisions and AGI marketing department
  • Gather competitive intelligence for strategic analysis
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Competencies:

Applicants should have an agriculture degree, business degree or equivalent professional designation and 5+ years of progressive sales experience in agriculture.  Experience in grain handling and storage preferred.   Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized and effective communicators. A profes­sional attitude and exceptional time management skills in a high-paced environment are required. Previous agriculture equipment sales experience in the US is an asset. Expected travel requirements of 50% primarily in the Northern and Western regions of the USA.
