One of the most efficient methods of making boiled rice is through online cooking. The paddy is steamed or boiled automatically with a PLC controlled heating system. The system generates uniform cooking and even color of rice grain. Since the system is automatic, it requires less manpower and deploys less steam compared to a conventional system. After cooking the paddy is sent for drying.
